Crawfish season is right around the corner, and Shane’s Seafood and Bar-BQ is looking for 40 hardworking team members to join our kitchen crew in Shreveport!

If you like staying active, working with a tight-knit team, and helping serve up some of the best seafood and Bar-BQ around, we’d love to have you with us this season.

What a typical shift looks like

• Prepping & Boiling Crawfish: You’ll be right in the middle of the action—washing, sorting, and cooking fresh crawfish, along with whipping up other favorites from our menu.
• Heavy Lifting: You’ll be hauling 80 lb sacks of crawfish around the kitchen and prep areas, so expect a solid workout!
• Keeping Things Clean: Scrubbing down stations, washing gear, and keeping the kitchen spotless and safe.

What we’re looking for

• Strength: Must be able to regularly lift and carry 80 lb sacks of crawfish.
• Drug Test: We conduct random drug screenings post-hire (don't worry, the employer pays for it).
• Team Attitude: Someone reliable, on time, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced kitchen.
