We’re looking for a talented Restaurant Chef to step in and lead our signature Southeast Asian dining concept at our resort property in Dorado, Puerto Rico.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Food: Design seasonal menus, test new recipes, and serve up authentic, beautiful Southeast Asian dishes that keep guests coming back.
The Kitchen: Run daily service, manage inventory, and keep food quality and kitchen safety at the highest level.
The Team: Hire, train, and mentor your line cooks, passing down key techniques and building a positive kitchen culture.
The Brand: Work with our marketing team on PR events and social media, step into the dining room to chat with guests, and represent the restaurant locally.
The Numbers: Handle kitchen scheduling and work with management to keep food costs and P&L on track.

What We’re Looking For

Solid background in culinary leadership (4+ years of experience, or 2+ years with a Culinary degree).
Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian ingredients, flavor profiles, and cooking styles.
A leader who inspires their crew and cares about delivering a great guest experience.
