Job Position: General Farm Labourers Required in ON - Canada For Foreigners with LMIA
Vacancy: 20 vacancies.
Company: Pure Flavor Farms LP
Salary: 17.23 to 17.30 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 to 50 hours per week
Location: Staples, ON, Canada
We're Pure Flavor Farms, and we're looking for hardworking, dedicated people to join our farm family here in Staples, Ontario. If you love working outdoors and don't mind getting your hands dirty, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
About the Job
You'll be working right here on our farm at 731 County Road 14 in Staples - no remote work option since, well, you can't tend crops from your living room!
What you'll be doing:
- Planting, growing, and watering our crops
- Harvesting when everything's ready
- Checking our produce to make sure it's perfect for market
- Working with cucumbers, strawberries, tomatoes, and other fresh vegetables
- Spending time in our greenhouses
What We're Looking For
Experience: While experience is great, it's not required - we're happy to teach the right person!
Education: No formal education requirements
Language: You'll need to communicate in English
Physical Requirements: This is honest, physical work that includes:
- Being on your feet for long periods
- Lifting heavy items
- Lots of bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
- Handling both hot and cold/refrigerated conditions
