Job Position: General Farm Labourers Required in Canada For Foreigners - LMIA Pending

Salary: 17.60 hourly / 40 to 60 hours per week

Location: Various locations in Canada

We're looking for hardworking individuals to join our farm team across various locations in Ontario. No experience? No problem – we'll train you! You just need to be ready to work hard and learn.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be working outdoors doing typical farm work, which includes:

• Planting, weeding, and harvesting crops
• Sorting fruits and vegetables by size, color, and quality
• Applying fertilizers and maintaining healthy crops
• Operating tractors, loaders, and other farm equipment
• General farm maintenance and equipment upkeep

What to Expect

This is real farm work, so you should know:

• You'll be outside in all kinds of weather – rain, heat, cold, you name it
• It gets dirty, dusty, and sometimes muddy
• The work is physically demanding with lots of standing, bending, and lifting
• Days can be long and busy, especially during harvest season
• You'll be working in rural areas at different farm locations

What We're Looking For

• Someone who can work as part of a team
• Doesn't mind hard physical work
• Reliable and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with hand tools and farm machinery
• Good coordination and able to follow instructions

Requirements

• English language ability (conversational level is fine)
• No formal education required
• No previous farm experience needed – we'll teach you everything
