Salary: $17.60 hourly / 40 to 60 hours per week

At Nature Fresh Farms, we’re a family-owned business that’s been doing things differently since 1999. We aren't just a big greenhouse; we’re a team of people who care about growing healthy food and taking care of the planet. We are currently looking for 15 new teammates to join our production crew.

What the job actually looks like

It’s a busy, hands-on role where you’ll be right in the middle of the action. You'll be helping with:

• Getting things started: Planting, setting up coco slabs, and tying strings to help the young plants grow.
• Plant TLC: You’ll be clipping, pruning, and "scouting" (keeping an eye out for pests or diseases) to make sure everything stays healthy.
• The Harvest: Picking the fresh produce, sorting it, and getting it packed and tagged so it’s ready for the grocery store.
• Keeping things tidy: Rolling up tarps, sweeping, and making sure the greenhouse stays clean and safe for everyone.

What we need from you

• A good attitude: You don’t need a degree or years of experience. If you’re willing to work hard and learn, we will train you.
• Physical energy: You’ll be on your feet, bending, and occasionally lifting boxes (around 15–25lbs). It can get a bit humid or warm in the greenhouse, so you should be comfortable with that.
• A keen eye: You’ll need to be able to tell colors apart to make sure we’re only picking the best, ripest produce.
• Availability: We usually work Monday through Saturday, and occasionally we’ll need you to hop onto an afternoon shift.

• Steady Pay: You’ll start at $17.60/hr, but if you work the afternoon or night shifts, you get an extra $1.00–$1.50/hr.
