- Crop Care: Planting, cultivating, and irrigating a wide variety of crops, from berries and melons to hearty vegetables like potatoes and corn.
- Harvesting: Hand-harvesting fresh produce and picking orchard and row crops with care.
- Quality Control: Examining products for market readiness and sorting them into marketable lots.
- Maintenance: Cleaning crops, hoeing between rows, and keeping the fields in top shape.
- Logistics: Loading, unloading, and transferring crates of fresh produce and farm supplies.

- Mindset: We value workers who are reliable, can work independently, and don't mind repetitive tasks.
What to Expect
- The Environment: You’ll be working on-site in a scenic rural setting, fully immersed in the outdoors.
- The Schedule: Agriculture is busy! While 40 hours is standard, there is potential for up to 100 hours per week during peak harvest times.
- Crop Variety: You’ll get hands-on experience with everything from asparagus and strawberries to zucchinis and garlic.
π LMIA Status: Approved. The employer is authorized to hire foreign workers. Canadian citizens and permanent residents are also encouraged to apply.
