We run a busy, high-standard hotel kitchen, but we keep things completely down-to-earth. Right now, we are looking for a reliable, passionate chef to step in and help us keep our food fantastic and our services running smoothly.

What the day-to-day actually looks like

Instead of a rigid list of duties, here is what your time in our kitchen will really look like. As a key part of our team, you’ll be handling everything from early prep to the final plate. You’ll spend your days prepping and cooking high-quality dishes that match our hotel standards, making sure everything is organized and set up beautifully before the dinner rush hits.

Because we take pride in our kitchen, keeping the space spotless and adhering to food safety laws is just second nature to all of us. You’ll also manage your own station's food prep, keep an eye on portion control, and stay on top of stock rotation so everything stays perfectly fresh. Most importantly, you’ll work closely with the rest of the crew to keep service smooth and stress-free, and throw a helping hand to our junior chefs when they need a bit of guidance.

What we’re looking for

• You’ve already spent some good time working as a chef in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant kitchen, so you already know your way around kitchen safety and food hygiene.
• You can handle a busy service without losing your head, and you bring a reliable, flexible, and positive attitude to the line.
• If you have a culinary qualification, that’s great—but honestly, your actual skills, work ethic, and how you treat your teammates matter a whole lot more to us.
