Ontario Mushroom Farms Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for 15 reliable Farm Machinery Operators to join our team on-site in beautiful Ashburn, Ontario.

Good news for international applicants: We already have an approved LMIA, so we are actively welcoming and able to support foreign workers for these roles!

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a fancy degree or a stack of certifications to work with us—we care much more about your work ethic and your ability to get the job done safely.

• Experience: Just a little bit! Between 1 to 7 months of hands-on experience with farm equipment is plenty.
• Language: Basic conversational English so you can coordinate safely with the team.
• Education: None required. No high school diploma? No problem.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a classic, honest farming role. A typical week on the farm will include:

• Running the Gear: Operating, driving, and doing basic maintenance on our farm machinery and tractors.
• Crop Care: Helping us plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, and spray the crops.
• Field Work: Handling essential crop services like plowing, harvesting, and tilling.
• Teamwork: Pitching in with general farm chores whenever and wherever the team needs an extra pair of hands.
