Location: Cooma, Tumut, Snowy & Monaro NSW, Australia

If you’re a skilled Panel Beater who’s tired of the city rush and looking for a solid role with a great team, we’ve got a spot for you. At Summit Smash, we’re a busy, family-owned workshop in Cooma, NSW, and we’ve got more work than we can handle.

What’s the Day-to-Day?

It’s a straightforward, hands-on role in a productive shop. You’ll be:

• Fixing it Right: Handling everything from minor dents and cosmetic touch-ups to full structural repairs.
• Working the Metal: Cutting, welding, and fitting panels to get cars back to factory standards.
• Teaming Up: Working closely with our painters and the rest of the boys to get jobs out the door on time.
• Keeping it Pro: Making sure the quality is spot on every single time.

What We Need from You

We’re a busy shop, so we need someone who can jump straight onto the tools:

• The Skills: You’re trade-qualified (or have years of experience to prove it) and have worked in a smash repair environment before.
• The Mindset: You’re reliable, you show up on time, and you’re a good problem solver when a tricky job comes in.
• The Gear: You know your way around welding equipment and specialist body repair tools.
