Salary: From $150 an hour -  Part-time
Location:  Rosemead, CA, USA

We're looking for a part-time Primary Care Physician to join our team at Unity Wellness Community Health Center in Rosemead. We serve individuals and families across the LA area who need accessible, reliable care.

This is an in-person, W-2 role starting at $150/hour. It's part-time to start, but as our patient volume grows, there’s a clear path to transition into full-time work. If you need work authorization, we do offer H-1B visa sponsorship.

What the work looks like

You'll be providing everyday primary care for both kids and adults in our outpatient clinic. That includes:

• Diagnosing and managing common illnesses, routine health needs, and chronic conditions.
• Running preventive checkups, screenings, and routine vaccinations.
• Handling routine women’s and reproductive health services within your scope.
• Ordering and reading labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests, plus managing prescriptions.
• Charting accurately in our EMR system.
• Working directly alongside our team of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, nurses, and external specialists to coordinate care.

What we're looking for

• An MD from an accredited medical school, with a completed residency in Family Medicine (or a closely related primary care field).
• An active, unrestricted California medical license (or one in progress before your start date).
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, plus a current DEA registration.
• Outpatient or community clinic experience.
• Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a big plus, given the local community we serve, but not strictly required.
