Old Line LLC is hiring 35 seasonal Maintenance Helpers to assist our crew in prepping, servicing, and taking down carnival equipment for the upcoming season.

This is a hands-on, outdoor job where you’ll work directly under our mechanics to keep carnival rides safe, clean, and operational. If you’re a hard worker who enjoys working with your hands and doesn't mind working outside, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepping & Repair: Manually sanding, prepping surfaces, and cleaning equipment parts for service.
• Routine Servicing: Lubricating mechanical components and assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
• Setup & Teardown: Helping assemble, inspect, dismantle, and safely pack away rides for transport and storage.

Schedule & Working Conditions

• Typical Hours: Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (around 35–40 hours/week). Overtime is generally not expected.
• Schedule Flexibility: Work needs, daily schedules, and exact hours can vary. You must be willing to work up to 7 days a week if operational needs require it.
• Outdoor Environment: You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, so being comfortable working outside is essential.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Physical Capability: Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Background & Screening: Must pass a post-hire background check and drug screening (both fully employer-paid).
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (including H-2B visa holders with proper documentation).
• Workplace Standards: Must follow safety guidelines, dress codes/grooming standards, and company workplace policies throughout the season.
