We are MOIDA, a premium concept store completely obsessed with K-Beauty. After opening up beautiful shops in Los Angeles, London, and Paris, we are finally bringing the MOIDA experience to Porto!

We are backed by Silicon2, the biggest global K-beauty platform and South Korea’s top cosmetics exporter. Because we are building this brand-new Porto location from scratch, we need friendly, passionate Sales Assistants to join our founding team, chat with local beauty lovers, and help us build an amazing, welcoming shop culture from day one.

What your days will look like

As a Sales Assistant, you are the face of our store. You’ll be the one making sure every single person who walks through our doors feels welcome.

On any given day, you'll be:

• Chating with customers: Welcoming visitors, helping them find the perfect skincare or makeup products for their routine, and just being a warm, helpful guide.
• Keeping the shop flawless: Making sure our shelves look beautiful, clean, and fully stocked so the store always feels inviting.
• Handling stock: Helping unpack new deliveries, keeping an eye on product expiration dates, and making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be.
• Bringing promotions to life: Setting up fun display areas, putting together special product bundles, and helping us host exciting in-store launch events.

Who we’re looking for

• You genuinely love beauty, retail, or customer service (if you have experience, great! If not, a great attitude is what matters most).
• You speak native-level Portuguese so you can connect easily with our local community.
• You are fluent in English or Korean (this is a massive bonus since we work closely with our global headquarters).
• You are flexible and happy to work shift schedules, including weekends.
• You already have the legal right to work in Portugal—OR you meet the requirements for us to sponsor your visa/work permit.

• A reliable salary: €1,000 – €1,500 gross per month (based on your experience), paid right on the last day of the month.

• Stability: Full-time (40h/week) or part-time options fully compliant with the Portuguese Labour Code, standard probation periods (90 days for permanent / 30 days for fixed-term), and 22 business days of paid annual leave.
