We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us in Bordeaux to be the "glue" that holds our daily operations together. How you’ll help us reach orbit

You won't just be "handling paperwork." You’ll be the person making sure our team has a world-class place to work:

• The Site Guru: You’ll manage the day-to-day of our office. Need a new access card? IT equipment acting up? You’re the one who coordinates with stakeholders to get it sorted.
• Operations Support: You’ll handle the "behind-the-scenes" magic—from organizing team trainings to making sure the security, cleaning, and even the gardening services are running smoothly.
• The Supplies Master: You’ll support our procurement team by staying on top of daily needs. If the office needs it to function, you’re on it.
• The Communication Hub: You’ll be the voice of the office—handling emails, phone calls, and making sure all our correspondence (both digital and physical) gets to the right people.

Who we’re looking for

• The Bilingual Pro: You need to be fluent in both French and English. You’ll be talking to local French vendors one minute and our international team the next.
• The Organizer: You’ve done the admin thing before. You know Microsoft Office inside and out, and you’re the type of person who actually enjoys a well-organized spreadsheet.
• The Problem Solver: You don’t wait for things to break. You’re proactive, you see what needs to be done, and you just do it.
• The Team Player: You’re independent enough to run your own show, but you love being part of a group that’s working toward a massive goal.
