We’re hoping to find someone who knows how to manage a team, handle the daily chaos of restaurant life, and keep things running without losing their cool. Bonus points if you’re familiar with Malayalee food or culture — many of our guests are part of that community — but it’s not a must.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Keeping the team organized, motivated, and on track
• Making sure food quality and service are always consistent
• Helping with any customer issues — calmly and respectfully
• Overseeing cleanliness, safety, and daily operations
• Basically… being the person who makes sure nothing falls apart

Who we’re looking for

• Someone with 3+ years in restaurant management (no need for a big-name brand, just real experience)
• You speak English well (Malayalam is a plus, not required)
• You’re good with people, quick on your feet, and know how to make smart calls under pressure
• You’re organized, responsible, and lead with respect
• Someone who actually cares — about the food, the staff, and the customer experience
