we’re looking for a Host or Hostess to join our team at Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha, and honestly, we just want someone kind, reliable, and great with people.

This role is more than just standing at the door. You’re the first hello, the first smile, and the person who makes our guests feel like they’re in good hands. You help set the tone for their whole experience — and that matters.

We’re not expecting perfection or a long resume. If you love working with people, can stay calm when it gets busy, and like being part of a team that supports each other — you’ll fit in just fine.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

• Welcoming guests warmly — nothing fake, just genuine kindness.
• Handling reservations and helping guests find their table.
• Being helpful and present. Some days it’s chatting, some days it’s guiding.
• Making sure people leave happy — like they’ve been taken care of.

You’d be a great fit if

• You’re naturally warm and friendly — people feel good around you.
• You’ve worked in a restaurant or hotel before (cool if you haven’t!).
• You can handle a little pressure and stay organized on busy days.
• You speak good English and enjoy talking to people from different backgrounds.
