Job Position: Long Haul Truck Drivers Job in MB - Canada For Foreigners with LMIA

Salary: $31.35 hourly / 40 to 50 hours per week

Location: Winnipeg, MB, Canada

At J7 Group Ltd, we’re expanding our fleet and looking for four Class 1 drivers to hit the road with us out of Winnipeg. We run a straightforward, driver-first operation and care about two things: keeping our rigs safe and getting freight delivered smoothly.

What Your Week Looks Like

• Driving & Smart Routing: Using GPS to stay on schedule, avoid heavy traffic, and keep fuel consumption reasonable.
• Keeping Rigs Safe: Doing solid pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip checks on tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage units. You should be comfortable doing basic brake adjustments or quick roadside fixes if anything pops up.
• Cargo & Logbooks: Assisting with loading and unloading when needed, while keeping your electronic logs, mileage, and fuel records clean and accurate.
• Representing Us: Treating customers with respect and handling any delivery day hiccups calmly and professionally.

What You Bring

• Valid Class 1 / 1F / Class A Licence with an Air Brakes Endorsement
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good conversational English skills
• Previous long-haul experience is definitely a plus, but if you have the right license, a strong work ethic, and a clean safety mindset, we want to hear from you.

The Pay & Perks

• Competitive hourly pay at $31.35/hour, plus extra paid mileage on runs.
• Steady, full-time hours (40 to 50 hours a week).
