If you’re a Registered Nurse currently in Australia on a visa and looking for your next step, we’d love to talk to you. We’re looking for someone to join our aged care team up in Gladstone, Queensland. We can provide 482 visa sponsorship (or a sponsorship transfer) and help you get on a clear pathway toward permanent residency after two years.

What you’ll be doing

You'll handle day-to-day clinical care for our residents, making sure they’re safe, comfortable, and respected. This means doing clinical assessments, setting up care plans, managing medications and wound care, and leading the care staff and Enrolled Nurses on your shift. You’ll also be the main point of contact for families, GPs, and allied health staff.

What we need from you

• You have (or are about to get) your AHPRA registration.
• You’ve got at least a year or two of recent clinical experience in aged care or a hospital setting.
• You genuinely care about elderly residents and work well in a team.
• For the 482 visa, you’ll just need to meet the standard English requirements and be ready to move to regional Queensland.
