What we're offering

• $17.85 per hour for full-time work (40 hours weekly)

Your responsibilities will include

• Planting, cultivating, and irrigating various crops
• Applying fertilizers according to established schedules and safety protocols
• Participating in harvest activities when crops reach maturity
• Maintaining equipment and work areas
• Following all safety procedures and farm protocols

What we're looking for

• Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and coordination purposes
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• No prior experience or formal education required - we provide full training
