Responsibilities:

Create and manage orders and line items for each KSO ad (approximately 1,500 ads per year)
Create end-to-end KSO for the U.S., Germany, and U.K. markets
Manage the approval process and ensure that work orders are assigned to the correct approvers
Upload creative
Set up ads in real time and ensure they are delivered to Kindle devices correctly

Use internal tools and established procedures to maintain and track the classification and positioning of new book releases.
Ensure that all operational reports are accurate and clear.
Coordinate the launch of incremental marketing activities with all partner teams every week, and track changes in a highly accurate manner to minimize errors faced by customers and authors
Manage changes to the title of the product detail page

Basic Qualifications:

Need BA/BS
2 years or more of relevant industry marketing, marketing and/or sales experience (publishing, e-commerce, or other content-related businesses, such as top media companies are preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to measure results.
Experience using excel to track data and deadlines.
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities at the same time.
It has achieved success in communicating information in written and verbal forms and establishing and maintaining relationships between functional teams.
Can effectively determine the priority.
Have experience working in cross-functional teams in different locations.
Have the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
