City Way Facilities Management is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping green spaces looking their best. If you have a green thumb and love seeing a garden transform under your care, we’d love to have you on our team in Abu Dhabi.

What you’ll be doing

You won’t just be "maintaining" a site; you’ll be the person making sure our lawns, trees, and flowers stay healthy and vibrant. Your day-to-day will include:

• Keeping gardens, lawns, and shrubs neat and well-groomed.
• Handling the essentials: watering, fertilizing, pruning, and mowing.
• Clearing out weeds and debris to keep the landscape looking sharp.
• Safely using a variety of tools, from hand shears to power mowers.
• Planting new life—flowers, shrubs, and trees—based on our landscaping plans.
• Keeping an eye out for pests or plant diseases so we can catch them early.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: You’ve worked in gardening or landscaping before and know your way around a flower bed.
• Knowledge: You understand plant care and feel comfortable using gardening equipment.
• Stamina: You’re physically fit and don’t mind working outside in the UAE climate.
• Reliability: You’re someone who shows up ready to work and follows a schedule.
