We're an IT solutions company helping businesses with cybersecurity and cloud transformation. We need an IT Manager who knows cybersecurity to lead operations and work directly with clients - both strategic leadership and hands-on technical work.

What You'd Do

• Lead IT infrastructure strategy for internal operations and client projects
• Design cybersecurity solutions like secure cloud migrations and endpoint protection
• Work directly with clients to assess needs and propose solutions
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and technical staff
• Handle incident response and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST
• Mentor IT engineers and support pre-sales activities

What We Need

Must Have:

• Master's in Cyber Security or Information Security
• 5+ years IT management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity experience
• Strong Microsoft Azure, O365, Windows Server, Active Directory knowledge
• Client-facing solution delivery experience
• Vulnerability management and endpoint protection experience
• Great communication skills for technical and non-technical people

Nice to Have:

• CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Security Engineer, or CompTIA Security+ certs
• MSP experience and ITIL knowledge
