About the Role

We’re looking for Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPN2 or RPN3) to join our team. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary group providing compassionate, recovery-focused care — always putting the individual first.

Your work will include assessing, planning, and delivering clinical care tailored to each patient’s needs, while also promoting safety, dignity, and trust in everything you do.

What We’re Looking For

• AHPRA registration (or eligibility to register in Australia)
• Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent
• Solid experience working in mental health
• Strong communication and risk assessment skills
• A commitment to supporting recovery in a trauma-informed way
