We’re expanding! Our busy 300-seat waterfront restaurant is looking for experienced Waitstaff and a Head Waiter to join our growing team at 8 At Trinity, located in the luxurious Trinity Point development overlooking beautiful Lake Macquarie, NSW.

About the Venue

• 300+ seat restaurant in a premium waterfront location
• Just 80 minutes north of Sydney and 40 minutes south of Newcastle

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Waitstaff or Head Waiter role
• Confident managing a busy section with multiple seatings per day
• Ability to carry 3 plates with ease
• A strong focus on exceptional customer service
• Well-presented, well-spoken, and reliable
• Fluent in English and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
• RSA certificate required
• Experience with computerised POS systems
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends (closed Mondays & Tuesdays)
