What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll be the creative engine and operational brain behind our entire kitchen operation, including:

• Designing and updating menus for venues like Ember Restaurant, Ember VII Heaven Terrace, BarDOT XXI Lounge, Beans & Leaves Café, and Room Service.
• Managing food quality, cost control, staffing, and supplier relationships—all while keeping things efficient and on budget.
• Maintaining top-notch cleanliness and hygiene standards (Hilton is big on this, and so are we).
• Creating processes that ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Working hand-in-hand with other departments to make sure our service is seamless across the hotel.
• Inspiring and guiding the kitchen brigade—your team’s success is your success.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone with the skills and leadership to run a fast-paced kitchen with heart and precision. Ideally, you have:

• 4–6 years of experience leading a kitchen team as an Executive or Senior Sous Chef
• A solid background in Mediterranean and/or Asian cuisine
• Experience working in international hotel chains or high-end restaurant groups
• Familiarity with the culinary scene and work culture in Belarus, Russia, or CIS (a plus, but not a must!)
• Strong business sense—understanding labor control, food costing, and kitchen budgeting
• A calm, motivating leadership style and strong communication skills
