About the Building and the Neighborhood:

The building is located in Washington Heights. nearby the A, C & 1 trains and just a few blocks away from Fort Washington Park. It's ten blocks from Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and the area offers a wide range of restaurants and bars. There are several grocery stores within a few blocks. Supermarkets are within walking distance, just a minute's walk away from Riverside Park located just around the corner with a soccer field and track. George Washington Bridge and Port Authority are a block away. Fresh fruit markets are great around this area. We are located on the fifth Fl. (walk up)

Folks new to NYC always ask if we have any problems or issues with the areas, we've been here for years and it's been nothing but pleasurable (it's a silly question, to begin with, because what renter in their right mind would say otherwise!) All kidding aside, it's a great area with almost anything you'd need within a few square blocks.
