Marketing/Brand Project Manager:

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG) is the hosting solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., and is currently looking for a marketing/branding project manager to participate in a project for our global client in New York City.


This role is a full-time, fully beneficial position. As a KellyOCG employee, you will be eligible for medical, dental, 401K, and various other optional benefits. Salary range: $50-$60/hour + benefits

As the marketing/branding project manager of KellyOCG, you will be responsible for the following:


This role will establish and supervise a project management office that will manage the work that supports the transition and implementation of the new master brand strategy. This position will focus on the personnel and organizational aspects of the main brand transformation, including the establishment of PMO processes, governance, knowledge transfer, collaboration, and new ways of working to support the company's main brand strategy. This role will play a key role in ensuring the effective organization of the new internal collaboration model. In addition, this role will coordinate and ensure the consistency of cross-company and departmental workflow activities in accordance with the main brand transformation strategic objectives, including internal and external communication, the operational transformation of aggregators and legal entities, and implementation of new brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for formulating project plans, roadmaps, and processes to support the deliverables, implementation coordination and result tracking of the main brand strategy
  • Work closely with the main brand strategy director and the main brand operations director to manage the delivery of the internal collaboration model and ensure the consistent execution of the main brand across departments, regions, and functions
  • Support the corporate brand equity team to hold key project meetings with key workflow leaders and participating departments/brands/regions, including tracking and management actions
  • Cooperate with corporate marketing, corporate brand strategy, and industry-main brand teams to support the continuous development of brand committees, brand portals, and assets that can be deployed throughout the enterprise
  • Develop an action plan through consultation with the corporate brand equity team to proactively manage global risks, problems, and dependencies

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • More than 8 years of experience
  • Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumers, brand marketing and communication. Agency experience will be beneficial. Life science/regulatory experience plus points
  • This person must have a project management background and be able to recommend, manage and promote PMO platforms and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, etc.) to improve the transparency, accountability and efficiency of the entire team and organization.
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to influence and develop solid business working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • If you have a methodological background such as Lean, Six Sigma or Design Thinking, this is the first choice.
