Sonos Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

DAM Coordination + Localization Planning:

  • Archivist, organizer, and guardian of Sonos files, photos, video, audio, and other digital content
  • Monitor DAM monthly to identify license ideas that are about to expire, and ensure that the system is set up appropriately to notify users that ideas are about to expire
  • Support user group, account, and authority management
  • Familiar with DAM report function, able to extract key data according to requirements
  • Work with the Sonos team and localization agencies in the local market to plan the localization of key global projects.
  • Organize and lead important project/product launch immersive meetings of local institutions
Licensing Coordination:

  • Liaise between functions at Sonos requesting content that needs to be licensed (DTC, user experience, marketing, etc.)
  • Confirm funding and identify key deal terms (license period, channel usage, etc.) and signee
  • Coordinate with our Accounts Payable team to set up new vendors and open POs.
  • Maintain a holistic licensing tracker and manage the comprehensive approval process

America's retail marketing coordination:

  • Support the American retail marketing team to implement channel marketing plans, event execution, and physical display updates to increase the influence and brand awareness of the retail industry
  • Work closely with marketing operations and production agencies to manage the asset development process for new products, seasonal events and promotions
  • Budget management, including purchase orders, invoices, maintenance budget documents and trackers
  • General marketing management, including having team meetings and agendas, the creation of leadership team presentations, and the maintenance of documents, presentations and drives for the entire Americas marketing team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • More than 4 years of sales and marketing experience

Preferred:

  • Project management experience and the ability to work with teams and cross-functional stakeholders to seamlessly execute deliverables
  • Self-starter who will work with the team to solve complex problems
  • Work confidently in a fast-paced, high-growth, product-driven environment dominated by listings
  • Experience working in consumer-oriented technology companies
  • Have experience working for global brands and understand how assets are adjusted and localized before listing
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent business Spanish and/or French (written/oral)-required, not required
  • Need to verify your eligibility for employment in the U.S.
