Job Position: Join Our Team as a Farm Hand in Australia – Visa Sponsorship Offered!

Pinata Farms is looking for a full-time Farm Hand to join us at our raspberry farm in Wamuran. This is a proper hands-on job where you'll be out there doing a bit of everything to keep the farm running smoothly. If you love working outdoors, don't mind getting your hands dirty, and have a genuine interest in growing great produce, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping out with planting, looking after crops, and harvesting (mostly raspberries, but other stuff too)
• Running and maintaining farm equipment and machinery
• Keeping an eye on the plants—spotting any issues and dealing with pests when they pop up
• General farm work like watering, weeding, and keeping things tidy
• Making sure we're following all the health, safety, and environmental rules
• Pitching in wherever the farm management team needs a hand

Who We're After

• Someone with experience working on a farm or in horticulture—bonus points if you've worked with fruit before, but it's not a dealbreaker
• You must have an open driver's licence (this one's essential)
• Ideally, you've got tickets for tractor, forklift, or spraying—or you're happy to get them
• You know your way around farm equipment and understand how to care for crops
• You're good working solo or as part of a crew
• You're fit enough to handle the physical side of things—it can be hard yakka at times
• Visa sponsorship is available, but you'll need to already be here in Australia
