M & M Yorkshire Stone Products has been running a Yorkshire stone quarry since 1993. We're based in Bingley and we extract gritstone from our own quarry to create high-end, custom-made natural Yorkshire stone products that go all over the UK.

What You'd Be Doing

We need a skilled Banker Stone mason who can hand-craft products from the stone we extract. You'd be creating custom pieces that customers actually want - not mass-produced stuff, but real craftsmanship.

Daily Work:

Hand-crafting stone products using traditional tools and techniques
Using hand tools, chisels, and power tools to engrave and shape stone to customer specifications
Reading and understanding technical drawings
Following safety regulations (because working with stone and tools requires being smart about it)
Keeping your workspace clean and organized

What We Need

Experience is essential - we need someone who knows what they're doing with stone
Physically fit (this is real manual work)
Can work under pressure in outdoor/workshop settings
Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
Meticulous attention to detail (customers pay good money for quality work)
Ability to read technical drawings
Own vehicle preferred due to our location
