Location: Big Sur, CA, USA

We’re looking for someone awesome to join our team at Alila Ventana Big Sur. You’ll help run our restaurants and bars, support our crew, and make sure guests have an amazing experience — all while working in one of the most beautiful places you can imagine (think ocean, mountains, and redwoods everywhere).

What you’ll actually do

• Lead and support our food & beverage team
• Work with chefs to keep menus tasty and service smooth
• Help plan events, manage inventory, and keep things organized
• Make sure everything is clean, safe, and ready for guests
• Jump in wherever needed to keep things running

Who we’re looking for

• Someone with some experience managing food & beverage (luxury or fine dining is a bonus)
• A people person who loves leading a team and helping them shine
• Organized, flexible, and ready to roll with a fast-paced environment
• Can walk the property, stand long hours, and lift up to 50 lbs
