In this leadership position, you will plan, manage, coordinate, implement and report on the day-to-day activities across all business enterprises.

Reporting to and working closely with General Manager you will work to KPIs ensuring the property operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities and performance indicators include:
Lift the standard of presentation of the property, machinery & infrastructure
Embrace using Maia-grazing reporting on feed availability & stock management
‘Confinement Feeding’ management – monitor stock health, and feed intake
To succeed in this role, you will be highly self-motivated, have a ‘can do’ attitude, and be willing to learn and adopt new concepts.
You will also have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
